Looks like a damn good deal. Just look for the obvious things. It uses an o-ring on the barrel, but they are cheap to replace if something is wrong with it. Good luck.

That is a good deal, especially since HK has discontinued the mark 23. They are one of the best pistols that money can buy.
Things that bother me about that are the 10 rounds mags instead of 12 (probably purchased during the assault weapons ban), and lack of documentation and original box and ancillary literature.

I have never seen an HK mark 23 "knockoff" other than maybe an airsoft gun. That price is so cheap though that I would be suspicious. They go for $1500+ on gunbroker usually.
