  • New gun! PMR-30

Just picked this gun up last week. This thing is amazing! Talk about fire power. The 22mag has opened my eyes for sure. I used to think it was "just a 22" WOW 30 rounds from this will change your mind. I have 2 30 round mags that I carry. 60 rounds, very impressive from a small pistol.

Where did you get it from and what did you pay for it if you don't mind my asking? I've wanted one since I heard about their planned production.
How do we forget ourselves? How do we forget our minds?

I ordered mine 3 weeks ago for $319 but was told they are on national backorder. I've seen them in $500 range used so there must be a hellava demand.

Good deal! I saw one at the show. It was over $500. If it would have been the price you got, I'd have one too.
IIRC they were in the $300 range at the last Original Ft. Worth show. Its nice that places jack prices up.

Well hell, there goes my next toy, I can't see paying that much for a gun that is more or less a novelty.

Hot damn, I paid $350 for mine right when they came out.

And they are the best damn camping/packing pistol you can buy. They are insanely light. The whole gun loaded weighs about as much as a loaded glock 17 mag, lol.

I bought it from a buddy of mine. He walked into Cheaper-n-dirt and they had a brand new one. So he sold me his used one for 350.(that is what he had in it).
This one has had the barrel recall done. I guess the earlier ones had a problem with the bullet tumbling.(twist was off). Shoots fantastic now, and no tumbling at all, even at 100 yards.

I had heard of the rifling issue and have been waiting for the update but actually completely forgot about them. when this thread popped up, it was like an "oh yeah" moment, I have been wanting a .22 caliber handgun for hunting rabbits, squirrels and beercans.

You can bump fire those pistols, lol. I thought these stopped production... $350 is a bargain!

I thought that caliber was too small to "carry" unless you mean another carry besides the CHL kind.
