New private range up NE of Dallas opened up

You never know. Ive been to lots of ranges that allowed any legal firearm, but had exclusions.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Licensees must possess a valid Texas Concealed Handgun License.
Any type of LEGAL firearm is permitted.
No tracer ammunition or Tannerite.
There will be no range safety officer - everyone is expected to use common sense and follow all of the gun safety rules.
All Federal, State and Local shooting and hunting laws and regulations must be followed.
Shoot only North in designated areas towards established berms.
Bullets must not cross property boundaries. Shooters are responsible for all over penetrations.
Licensees are limited to four guests at a time due to safety reasons.
Do not shoot trees or glass.
Items brought on property must be removed from property, excluding brass and lead.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate License cancellation with no refunds.
Overnight camping is permitted with 24 hours advance notice given.
Your gate key is to only be used by you (Do not lend out).
Always lock the gate behind you – coming and going.
No commercial activities are to take place on the property.
No shooting after dark.
Call 911 in case of emergency.
