I put 50 rounds thru my Saiga the other day and it was a blast. Just some old 2 3/4 shells my buddy had laying around for years and not one issue. We were 20 yards from the target and the carnage was great. I am laughing because my buddy was taking shrapnel while filming. He said it should look a little Blair Witch projecty. I can not wait to move the trigger, change out the stock, and add a brake to it. Just the ability to swap out mags is awsome. I have a Remington 1100 I have thought about doing a bunch of work on and comparing them in weight and speed.
Whos your Daddy?

An 1100 with an 18" barrel would weigh considerably less than a saiga."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin
