I'm not necessarily saying I don't believe you, but you're the first to say anything remotely positive about it working. If my buddy did not buy them (9mm shotshell), I'd not really try it - but he wants to try it anyway.

You're confident and unmodified G19 will fire these things? Everything indicates non-stop stove piping to me. However, technically I've never tried. Just been good/close friends, known goods on DFWM, youtube...etc...etc. lol

If I were a betting man, I'd have to give you 3:1 odds.
Do your thing man, it's up to you.

Personally, if my wife/girlfriend/mom/loch ness monster was comfortable with a gun, then I'd keep her using it.

I've seen PLENTY of those videos on youtuberz where the rounds worked in plastic guns, and I wouldn't doubt for a moment that they would.

However, I would also order a lighter recoil spring, because it's easier on the shooter, helps you get back on target faster due to less muzzle flip, and within reason, there are no downsides.

It takes 30 seconds to switch springs, and I'd highly recommend trying a lighter spring with your normal loads too, you might enjoy how it shoots. (The ability to run a wider variety of loads might be considered a plus)

Don't be afraid of trying something new. If it doesn't work, or you don't like it, you aren't out much. But you will have gained some very useful experience, which will help you in the future when these questions come up.
