I bet you're right. The stamp I used was from a book I bought just over a year ago, and as CJ stated, it's sitting in bin not being delivered because of "insufficient funds". So, did the price of a stamp go up since then? I'm guessing that it did, they gotta pay their bloated salaries somehow right.
