I am gonna pass on lowers but may be down for LPKs. I need to take an inventory of what lowers need what to finish them out.

I picked up my receivers from my FFL today here in Rockwall and he said that he would have no issues doing the transfers for the east of the Metroplex folks.
No charge for FFL to FFL transfers, just the cost of shipping.

He also mentioned that anyone that purchases multiple lowers can expect to be contacted by the ATF.
They have to submit form 3310-12 on anyone that purchases multiple

He normally charges $15 for FFL so I would have to check with him on prices if there were enough folks interested, and Jeff would ship them...

They will be sequential. You need to add yourself to the spreadsheet on the first page.

That form doesn't apply to receivers. It is only used for multiple purchases of rifles. The other FFL is mistaken.
