Sorry for the stupid question but do you need all three pieces to complete the lower receiver? I told myself last year that I was finally going to have an AR15 this year...only problem is that I'd like to build one for the savings (or at least better parts than what you can buy one for) but I don't know jack squat about AR's much less what would else would be required to finish it.

You would also need a complete upper and a stock kit.

What concerns me is when I start taking payments I'm vested, if I don't hit 100 lowers/parts kits/BCG's then I can't order and everyone is held up, and worst case scenario I have to spend a fortune mailing all the payments back.
