Yes just like last year, include your real name first and last, and your screen name, along with how many lowers, and parts kits you are wanting. it needs to match the spreadsheet. Good question.

An AR15 stripped lower is considered an AOW by the BATFE, and he must be 21 years old to purchase it. Lowers prices are on the first post and in the spreadsheet. That includes sales tax, shipping. The only amount you pay over that is your FFL transfer fee.

I'm using it as a general term. A stripped lower is neither a pistol or a rifle, but can be either or any other weapon type.

If a frame or receiver can only be made into a long gun (rifle or shotgun), it is still a frame or receiver not a handgun or long gun. However, they still are "firearms" by definition, and subject to the same GCA limitations as any other firearms. See Section 921(a)(3)(b). 18 U.S.C. Section 922(b)(1) makes it unlawful for a licensee to sell any firearm other than a shotgun or rifle to any person under the age of 21. Since a frame or receiver for a firearm, to include one that can only be made into a long gun, is a "firearm other than a shotgun or rifle," it cannot be transferred to anyone under the age of 21. Also, note that multiple sales forms are not required for frames or receivers of any firearms, or pistol grip firearms, since they are not "pistols or revolvers" under Section 923(g)(3)(a)

You can declare a stripped lower as an AOW and transfer it for $5, or manufacture it and pay the full $200. People use to do it during the AW ban to get around the SBR bans in certain states. I'm using it as just a general term, it isn't an AOW by definition, I was using it as a general term as in it's neither a pistol, shotgun, or rifle. I realized my error the moment I saw you jump with excitement to call me out.

No jump to excitemet. Just would hate for anyone who was new to this read these as AOWs, jump on google and wonder why they need a cleo sig or a trust and pay a $5 federal tax and then be scared away from this group buy.
