Used to search for these on craigslist and see them for around 5 dollars a piece. Anyone local sell them?

Seems like all the usual places are selling the plastic ones and that does not feel neckbeard enough for me.

DO NOT, get a plasitc one. I own two and HATE them. Army navy store. My lcal one sells them, has hundreds, for $10.

I did not specifically ask, but I was up there just last week and saw none. Just the plastic ones and I walked the store twice. Where did you see them at in the store?

Yeah not many people have ever filled a can, but that's 30lbs.

okay, you save $40 when you buy 10 cans. So 13 cans at $3 a piece is $39. So, with the savings you find not worthy of the paint and time, you get another 13 cans for the savings. Then I can turn around and sell them to people too lazy and make a profit for example. Follow me camera guy.

Of course when I refinish them I sell them for more, but you can buy them rusted for $3 each. The nice ones go for $7, so you save $4 a piece buying the rusted ones. For the money you save on 10, you can buy another 13.

One can also try hitting up Government Liquidation. Im still using the 500 cans we bought off there. Just have to watch the auctions.

Yup, was there. 15 bucks a piece though. Bought one for short term needs. Gonna keep shopping for the cheaper ones.

I hit this place up today, pretty cool in my book. His ammo cans were nicer and also expensive. Bought some stuff to support a local business though. Nice enough guy and some older military items that were kind of nice. His other stuff seemed fairly price...

Seems like I'm gonna have to take a small road trip to this place to get a little extra of them layer around. I have no problems spending a few hours prep'ing and painting some cans. Easy stuff.
