They need to put some serious thought into upgrades. I don't want to see them shutdown and agree with laws that protect ranges from noise complaints, rezoning, etc. However they need to keep bullets from leaving their property.
The latest article I found shows a picture that appears to be aprox .30 caliber FMJ bullet found inside a house. FMJ is not allowed on that rifle range.
