I agree on principle, but I'm aware of what they're capable of, and some of the things they've done in the past. If answering a few questions I don't have to answer is all it takes to keep them from giving me a hard time, I'll answer their questions.

What he's saying is they have no legal right or means to inspect your weapons. What you're saying is even though they are over stepping their bounds, you're going to allow them to do that.

If you are a class III guy you have to let the ATF in at any time no matter what. Sucks, but that is the price you pay.

While I can agree on your sentiment but I think it will likely get the end result that's not pleasant. I never understood why people want to make things complicated, i see it time and time again in youtube videos where some one tells the cop they're in the wrong or violating whatever. The fuzz isn't always right but they can make your life hell. These people are just here to do what they're told so if nothing to hide I'd just answer a few questions and send them on their way. Before they label you as a domestic terrorist and come detain your ass jk on the last part

I agree honestly. What futant is saying is completely merited. Show me where the ATF has the ability to do unwarranted search and seizures? I think it's a bunch of horse shit. I don't have anything to hide, but I also don't like the idea of having the ATF go through all my guns, it would take hours and I just don't like it.
