It should be mentioned that manufacturers use different cylinder diameters between themselves. Colt usually has tighter cylinders compared to S&W, for instance. Some cases will stick in one revolver, and loose in another. I'm assuming what you're saying is the cases are sticking once fired? Are you sure the cases are not rupturing? Was the cylinder clean?
