New trigger with adjustable (read: get out the fitting tools) stop. You can get a good look at the minor trigger difference from the original in the pic above.

I am 95% sure I am home for good. I have two job offers and looking to start the middle of January.

Adam and I are hitting up Shoot Smart tomorrow at 7pm....come on out.
Little too short notice for me unfortunately. And pay range fees? psshh..

If you want, I can either do it for you, help you do it or show you how and let you do all the work yourself. The gun will only go back together one way and the only way it won't work is if not enough material came off the trigger. The trigger safety lever took only 3-5 swipes of a file. I did not do the sear (need to order) but using a true flat surface file would only take a couple seconds also.

I spent more time pulling the trigger, filling down, reinstall and test...repeat times 15 at least. Better take too little at a time though. The dremel beat using a file any day of the week also.

I just took it for a spin at the range and it is a must do.
I appreciate the offer. Myself and a friend of mine should be able to get this done. He said he would do majority of the filing, I'll probably get stuck with the task of disassembly and reassembly. I got what I hope is a decent set of punches and files from Harbor freight. What part did you use a Dremmel on?

Also, what sights are you considering using? For sight install, the gentleman that owns this site comes in high regard from the members of XDTalk.

Shit that thing is a cake walk compared to a Witness or USP. Try a trigger job one one of those.

I shot IDPA with an XD-9 Tac for a year or two. A Powder River Precision trigger kit was the only mod I had. I've installed five or six of those. None were complicated.

Thanks a lot man. Post #4 explained a lot. Correct me if I'm wrong. Removing too much of (B) will still make the gun fire, but the trigger over travels back to factory territory?

On (A) I would need to remove just enough material from the Over Travel Stop that would have the most surface area come in contact with the trigger bar and the frame, no play from side to side, correct?

Yes and yes. The good thing is the OTS is cheap enough your can order two, in case you sand off too much. I might even have an extra one or two here.

I changed out the springs, and did the ghost trigger in all my Glocks, and I love the 3.5lb pull. I wouldn't own one without it

They are. The standard three dots are more accurate but the XS sights are faster.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.
