Must have improvement for S&W J Frame revolvers

It took me 6 months to get to it but I finally installed the kit today. Nice difference. I can't wait to go shoot it.

damn resurrected thread lol! My friend has one without this spring mod, put it on a trigger pull scale and it came out to 14 lbs! I guess I need to point him in the direction of this kit. He hates that gun lol

One of the guys here at work showed me a spring kit made for the S&W J Frame revolvers that reduces the trigger pull from a gorrilla 12 pounds to a 8-9 lb pull.

He ordered it Tuesday and installed it today. The kit and shipping ran about $27.

Thanks for the tip, cheap and works well! Easy to install. I did it in about 10 min and I took my time as I watched the video on the web-site.
It makes a huge difference in the trigger pull!

Got it today. Will be putting it in my model 36 tomorrow.

Install was easy. With the external hammer, I only needed the main and the rebound springs. Much smoother now and picked up CTC grips for it.
