  • Best group I have ever shot

I went to our (PD) range with one of my coworkers. He is working up some loads for his .260 Remington. I shot three rounds through it and here are the results. It is a sub .75" group. This was at 200 yards! The lower two rounds are from my friend.

The rifle is an Underground Skunkworks built on a Rem 700 action. It wears a Nightforce scope and we were using an AAC can. It is an awesome rig.

That's about a 3/8"'group at 100 yards, the same as my Remington 700 PSS.

Was it at 200 yards, or simulated 200 yards?

It was 200 yards. I was just shooting at the little guy on the B-27.

The rifle is zeroed, just not for me. I was aiming for the head. I am not sure if the can caused a slight shift in zero or the wind. The wind was 20-30mph that day.

Btw, I was shooting prone off a bipod.

It's can be pretty common for a rifle's point of impact to change between shooters.
