Not a bad deal at all especially if one missed out on the group buy's, they seem to be well recieved so far as well and should be GTG given the rest of the SS line of scopes are.

i could be wrong but i recall there was an swfa employee on the board that tried selling up the brand but ignoring the issue. not sure what the issue was.

i still want a 20x super sniper. i expect a good scope but i wont be expecting good customer service

CJ had an issue they wouldn't fix, and they kept trying to sell in threads, but wouldn't pony up for advertising. They let a few hundred dollars get in the way of making a lot more off this board.

4 people (excuse me, kids) on this board got screwed by them, and yes - they then proceeded to tell me they would work with me - which they didn't, and the whole time advertising on the board. When I told them to pay to be an advertiser, they disappeared. I don't respect that company. They literally shit talked my wife in person. Chris up at SWFA is a piece of shit.

I would recommend libertyoptics.com - real nice guy, good prices, small company.

They took orders for a scope they didn't have, and then (in my case) scheduled me a time to pick it up from their store. I sent my wife to get the scope and when she got there they told her they didn't have the scope, and then proceeded to accuse me (the customer) of lying about placing the order. A week later they refunded the money they said they never took from me. I called them back with their own e-mail and receipt, and Chris from SWFA (the guy that scheduled me to come pick the scope up) told me that he never told me to pick it up (he gave me the address and a time and his own schedule). I asked him if he planned on making this right, he said he would call me back (never did). The scope was about $200 less than the normal price. They wouldn't honor the price we ordered, and they stated they never would. I posted up my story on the board, and 3 other members reported the same thing happening to them on various scopes. Then SWFA showed up, advertised in the thread, assured us they would work with us, and then after they were done advertising they disappeared, and didn't work with any of us.

yea, that's a pretty dick move. how hard would it have been for this fool to just mail you the scope when he got it in stock at his cost and appologize to your wife when she got there that he didnt have it in stock.

Scott is a good guy and runs a great company, although he had some problems with Premier he handled them well I thought.
