Sorry folks, have been in Tokyo (and will be here until Friday) but this is some weird shit. Seems like the raid reflects on HK's business decisions though, and not their quality so I am cool with this.

Now if it said "Members of mexican drug cartels found with defective HK weapons" then I would care a little.

Nope, do not own a Kimber. My 1911 is a Colt and I'm very happy with it. I'm also happy with my USP. A DA/SA trigger is hard to come by in a polymer gun and that was something I wanted out of mine. Sure Kimbers are overpriced and for the most part only to look cool (except the curved mainspring housing is damn comfy). But saying everyone buys HKs just to look cool is downright ignorant. Put a Kimber and something like a Springfield Loaded side by side and they are just about the same. Put an M&P right next to an HK or something like that and if you can't tell the difference, just go buy a Sigma since that would probably look the same as well. Ignorance is bliss
