          I don't know if they can but he is your guy if they can do it.

          I hope that I am not talking out of my ass here. The JP in that Precinct may not still be the same one that I remember. I could not remember the name of the Judge but I remembered where his court was at and looked up the currant judge for that court.

            JP can't do it. They're not even a real judge. Has to be a district judge or higher.

              David is right. Any magistrate should be able to sign, but even then... good luck in Dallas County.

                Trust route has worked fine here for a lot of folks. I even here there is a person on the board that offers a word version that you can fill in your information; for a nominal donation of course.

                    I went the Trust route on my SBR......it worked out just fine. The hardest part was waiting for all the paperwork to come back to me.
