Not asking a question, just giving another option.
Like most, I didn't notice the Weaver base mount is permanently attached. That leaves little mounting options to 1/3 co-witness on an AR upper. It seemed as though the only options I had was the Leapers 1" mount http://www.leapers.com/prod_detail.p...atus=&mtrack=m
or two Yankee Hill Machine risers http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=2...RISER_ASSEMBLY
I want something like the Leapers mount, but I didn't like the fact that it's airsoft quality. The Yankee Hill Machine risers would have to be stacked and I don't want that.
After doing some random searches, I came across someone who had posted another option, https://www.mountsplus.com/mm5/merch...06a36ea2fac3b&
The non removable base made for some grief in trying to find a suitable mount that wasn't junk or frankensteined. This looks like a well built mount, and has a quick detach.
So, for those with the Bushnell Micro, here's another mounting solution for your AR.
