I've just had better luck with Federal and Remington UMC for plinking. I know all ammo is dependent on a gun by gun basis. Some guns will like it and others won't.
Remington UMC has consistently been the weakest factory ammunition I've ever seen.

Zero problems here with Remington UMC, and I was buying a shitload of that before I switched to Blazer.

Do you define low velocity as a problem? I've shot some UMC that I would have sworn the bullet left the barrel propelled by sheer will alone.

I don't own a chronograph, so I've never compared velocities of Remington UMC to Blazer, VS WWB VS Federal, etc, etc. But I have shot pretty much every "budget" target ammo out there, in multiple handguns, and had them function correctly and accurately at different distances. I have no idea if it was 200 FPS too slow, but with the exception of a .22 revolver the only handguns I own are all semi auto and I have not had any problems with ammo not being able to cycle them. I have owned a .40, several .45s, and currently have a couple 9mm guns and like I said before I have used just about every target ammo I have come across with few issues. Granted I am usually shooting paper or steel or coke can targets, but the only ammo issues I come across are the occasional failure to fire. I do have failure to feeds once in a while but that usually turns out to be either a dirty firearm or magazine that is fixed with a quick wipe down.

.22 ammo is really the only factory ammo that I see fairly consistent problems with, which is usually a higher rate of failure to fires vs center fire ammo.

I have a p11 and a p40. I carry the p11 all the time but have started to carry a lcp more. I do trust my life to it. I have other guns (Glock, XD) but I tend to keep going back to the p11/lcp because of weight. Not sure about the pf9 but the p11 does not like heavy ammo so I tend to stick with 115gr ammo. Kel-tecs do have long heavy trigger pull since it does not have a saftey also it does have second strike. Carry the p11/lcp in the front pocket. Once it was broke in and with lighter ammo I never had any more problems with my p11. LMK if you have any questions.

Same here, either 115 or 124 gain through the PF9. It will not cycle 147 grain correctly.

I carry a PF9 everyday and have never had a problem with it, I remember reading awhile ago that the Kahr's had a feeding problem but have never shot one to know that personally.

The KT is exactly what it is meant to be a concealed carry pistol, it is never going to win a 50yd accuracy contest but it goes bang everytime I pull the trigger and that is all I want from it.

I had a Kahr CW9, good overall gun but I felt for the size of the gun you could get something a lot better like a Glock 26. The gun was not very accurate for its size. Maybe if you try a PM9 or something like that.

I am actually going to a Keltec since you can carry it anywhere. In my opinion if I do not trust a gun to go bang then there is no point to owning it.
