As far as I know you can only ship pistols overnight. So you're looking at the cost of the overnight shipping from MO to TX and whatever your FFL charges for the transfer. Generally it'll probably be close to evening out - even at a good price like that. Although you will pay taxes on a local buy.
When buying new I just do local so I can inspect it before I leave the store and bring anything to the shop's attention. (plus support local economy BS)
Used, I just buy stuff from people on THF.
BTW I looked. Academy has it for 299 according to their web site. Cabelas has that package deal for 359 - but I'm not 100% what it comes with. Still can't remember where I saw it with the decent little case and extra magazine...etc. Otherwise 309 at Cabelas.Originally posted by MR EDDComment
