Laugh at me if you will, but I picked up one of the funnest plinkers I've shot in a long time this weekend. A Phoenix Arms HP22a .22 LR pistol. It came with a 3in and 5in barrel and some other goodies. For $100 out the door you can't beat this little gun. I put about 350 rounds through it this weekend and not one FTF or FTE, and I was relentless on it. Thought I would share.

I've seen a handfull of people killed with a .22 caliber round.
One was a self inflicted GSW to the head. He shot himself and called 911. We got there before the amberlamps and he was still sitting upright in bed. His head was the size of a basketball and the first thing he said was "I think I fucked up". He was alert and talking all the way to the hospital.
Then the brain swelling/hemorrhaging got to out of control and he died.Comment
