Depends on the firearm. I use CLP on my AR, and Ballistol on most everything else.

I use CLP mostly, and Teflon chassis lube in very small quantities on certain surfaces for break in only (know what you're doing before you attempt that trick).

Bottle. I use the minimum amount of lube on my firearms. Drops where necessary. You'll never see me spraying down my guns. It just makes for greasy, dirty guns.

I have the spray can of CLP for my AR, but the jar/can/bottle whatever of Ballistol and a dropper for everything else.

Royal Purple motor oil, a few friends in the military suggested it and works like a champ.

I use mostly rem oil on all moving parts as it makes a great, dry lube. Other oils are too oily IMO and cake up after you shoot a bunch.

I will however use an oily lubricant on external surfaces for better rust protection (I do not think rem oil protects very well).

When you guys say motor oil you mean after gun has been completely cleaned? Or you guys use it to clean as well?

In a tube, Long thin dropper tip. 1 drop or more if needed. CLP is the best.

It happens to be a well thought out and reasoned dissertation on drug use and a lyrical cost/benefit analysis of various kinds of drugs, drawing the conclusion that beer is the best of them all.
