What's a Springield 9mm worth?

Never been shot. 100 rounds and 2 magazines would go with it. Have a hard shell case and a small gun cleaning kit also. Have two guns and really don't need two, so I've decided to sell this one. What kind of price should I ask, and whats involved(paperwork) to sell a gun? I've never sold one to an individual before.
