ive had
surefire e2d oudoorsman (gave to brother when in need of flashlight)
surefire e2d defender(is in my pocket everyday)
and 2 surefire 6px pro's(gave one of these to employee because he needed it. the other is in my backpack as backup)

all excellent flashlights and all i would suggest to anyone, and depending on what you plan on doing with it ,200 lumens can be very overwelming if trying to read someithing upclose

I love my Streamlight Stinger LED. I use my everyday at work, batteries last a pretty long time but take forever to charge. I have 3 batteries and I charge them once every 2-3 weeks. Took it out camping a couple times and damn that thing was impressive to me.

The guy that convinced me to buy my first real flashlight, had a stinger LED. But you can buy smaller with equal power

Just a FYI me and a few guys at work are in the process of modding our 2 D cell maglites that come stock with 115 lumen to put out 1k lumen. Total mod cost if you already have a 2 D cell unit is costing us $80. This is including the batteries that are rechargeable and a charger. The lite will have 3 power settings, on high it will last for 3.5 hours continuous use and on low it would go for near 14 hours straight @ over 300 lumen. (these cells are bad ass) I am going to do a write up in this forum when its done if anyone is interested with side by side video compairson of a stock mag lite and a couple other tactical lights that are high output. This thing should be a real blinder and a good way to throw someone off for a few seconds if you really needed it.

I went ahead and ordered the fenix tk21 u2 with a couple 18650 batteries .

I've got a Surefire G2 that I upgraded to a LED with a P60L change out. Surefire quit making them, but you can find a few. There's tons of clones out there, too.

That's twice as much power if not more than your typical flashlight.

I'm a flashlight junkie as well and my collection is of mostly Surefire Flashlights. Nice quality lights that are on the expensive side but the quality can't be beat and they have excellent customer service. I have/had owned a Surefire L1, E1B, 6P, G2, U2, LED Mini Mag, Streamlight Scorpion, a few different Streamlight head lamps, and my latest is this Fenix PD10.

I really dig the Fenix PD10. It's a single cell CR123 flashlight with three brightness modes. It's very simple and very small. On and off and brightness modes are controlled by simply twisting the head which also gives you access to the battery. I prefer CR123 battery flashlight as they have a longer runtime than most others and are very powerfull and bright flashlights. The PD10 is barely bigger than the battery itself and I compare it to a Surefire L1 which is almost double the size. To save money I use recharageable CR123's.
