      If I had anything it would be the magpul afg as recomended above.

      They feel way more ergo than anything vertical! But it depends on what feels good to you.

        And a vertical foregrip is just something else to make the gun heavier. This is one of the reasons I do not have a quad rail (besides price). All I want on my AR is a sling, iron sights, and MAYBE a red dot sight if I could bring myself to spend the money.
