    1911 GB build?

    Just a thought don't kill me lol
    I miss my 1911. So was wondering if a 1911 GB would be a good idea?
    can start off with frams then fire control. And slids. Barrels.

    Just wanted to know what kind of deal can be had.

    I've looked into it, didn't seem like enough cost savings to merit a GB that I could find.

        1911 build is a lot of work.
        very time consuming & costly for tools & jigs.
