Face to face sales by private individuals are completely lawful and discreet, just as they should be.
If you knowingly purchase a firearm from an individual and you are aware that you will not pass a 4473 is where the trouble comes in.
Hang on a minute and one of the Ft based ATF will be in here to correct us.Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

It scares me to think that my own Mom can go purchase a handgun tomorrow and bring it home, when she had to be coached by me where to find Word on her new computer (Windows 7 vs XP). Should she not be qualified to own a weapon?

As long as you are legally able to possess a gun, I would recommend looking at used guns. You can get a much better deal and you won't have to deal with ANY paperwork.
www.texasguntrader.com has lots of guns, and if you are patient you can find some good deals once in a while. The vast majority of listings are overpriced, IMO.
Also check out the for sale forum at www.texaschlforum.com, there are some great deals on there.

I have a business card for one of their agents here in Ft Worth out of the Dallas Branch. I wished I could say I came by it because we are friends. lolOriginally posted by chevyhater01 View PostI can already tell you what it's about. The lower group buy had two ATF agents show up at my job looking for me. I had one of there business card's wedged in my door at home I called they never answered. Apparently they audited the FFL dealer and are going down the list of our group buyers. If anyone bought more than four they will probably be getting a call/visit.2015 F250 Platinum
