Horrible Ohio LEO encounter with CCW

I've never been pulled over with my weapon on me but I promise you that's going to be the first thing I say to the officer, no way I'm going to be polite and let this kind of crap happen to me. I'll be respectful to the officer, but I'm not going to sit there with a weapon and not say something, even if he orders me not to speak. Call me crazy, but even if he ordered me not to speak I would think he would appreciate that fact that I made it a point to inform him.
I should execute you...for being stupid. Wow. I'm speechless on that one."A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have."

1. Who the fuck climbs into the back seat of a car and searches it with the driver behind the wheel?
2. The driver was up to no good and had plenty of time to tell the Officer he had a CC while he was searching the back of the car. So yeah he was a fuck tard.
3. The rant and the way the Officer handles the situation was totally out of control. FTP on this one.
4. I always ask people straight up if there is anything on them or in the car I need to know about when getting someone out of a car. Guns, knifes, drugs, hand grenands, weapons of mass destruction "knocks the edge off" LOL. I also tell them if they are honest about it I will work with them. If not well you know they get what they get. You know about 75 percent of the time they will tell you straight up. I am pretty sure that guy would have started with uh yeah I have a CC and a gun on me.Whos your Daddy?

And the officer never should have been searching the car while the driver was inside of it. It isn't secure. I'm not even a cop and I know that. If the driver would have really been a "bad guy" that officer would be in a box.
The very worst you can say is that the driver was timid and should have asserted himself. That's it.Originally posted by racrguyWhat's your beef with NPR, because their listeners are typically more informed than others?Originally posted by racrguyVoting is a constitutional right, overthrowing the government isn't.

What does that mean exactly? The part about if they are honest you will work with them...Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

I have to say, that Officer was a moron. The tone he was using, the way he was acting, the words he used. Threats are illegal no matter who is saying them, badge or not.
Maybe he was having a bad night, but I think he just had a pine-cone up his ass about being a cop.

I think that the guy was stupid and shouldn't be carrying a gun if he can’t play the game right.
I think lack of experience might have played a part as well due to the fact he had only had a CCW for a little over a month. I don't blame the cop for getting pissed. I would be pissed to if I had just found out that I could have gotten myself killed due to my retarded actions. but the way he handled it was completely out of control his partner should have pulled him back and told him to calm the fuck down.
that’s probably what caused all of this. the gun owner didn't react and say to the office "I have a gun" as soon as the cop got in the car.
one of the officers should have removed him before entry to the car nuff said on that.
and the jackass cop who went crazy probably just had a burst of adrenalin when he found out the guy had a weapon on him and he was completely exposed to a head shot.

Last time I was pulled over, the trooper took my license and CHL permit... asked if I was carrying (I said yes) and he walked back to his car. No problems.
These cops should have
1. run the license plate
2. addressed the driver first
3. asked if there was weapons in the car.
4. not been a fucking douche
5. been fired
