Glocks are great, I just do not like the grip angle, and prefer XD's.
My one and only H&K, an HK45c has been an awesome pistol, and I definitely do not have any complaints.
Here is a 50,000 round test of the HK45, pretty amazing results:
I think they are in the middle of testing a Glock 17 now.

Dohctr, If the gun will shoot .45 super then that is what it was designed for
Manufacturers such as Heckler & Koch (USP and HK45), and Springfield Armory, Inc. currently offer pistols rated to fire .45 Super ‘out of the box’.
So again your argument is not valid unless Glock rated the 21 to shoot .45 super and then it fails. hypothetically lets say you are right your H&K is more reliable than a Glock. Whoever loses, the winner gets to use the losing gun as a target. So, if you're confident enough that you H & K will work as well as the glock when thrown into the sand, water, mud, and whatever else, then let's go...

lots of people have shot 45 super out of factory glock 21's .
It is not recommended due to the less than total case support but I've never heard of any problems.
Most people definitely do not recommend it without a simple spring change.
Most get at a minimum the steel guide rod and heaviest spring (like 22 or 24lb I believe).
If you're smart you get a new barrel that is fully supported too.
As I understand it the HK is a fully supported chamber from the get go, so that is a design difference . The G21 was NEVER meant to shoot 45 super, anyone who says otherwise is a fucking idiot.
I really wanted to blast a pig with my g21, but really it necessitated too much.
Expensive ass 45 super ammo since I don't reload
aforementioned SS guide rod and spring swap
wolf barrel 6" for slightly better velocity
and making up to 50 yard shots.
So ..... I gave up. I wanted it to be a cheap pistol, can't throw 200 more bucks at a 400 dollar used gen one G21 and say its cheap.
Otherwise I wouldn't have offered to practically destroy if for forum amusement!
LOL , let's do this. Someone name the test, and I'll do it with video.
I'd say the most likely to fail is JHP's. Maybe not, I just don't want to pay for a buttload of JHP ammo to prove a point I already know has been proven by others online.Comment
