AR, help....

ok. so i just received my upper and BCG today.
i cleaned & oiled it. after mounting it to my complete lower i did a function check.
only concern/possible issue i have is the firing pin. after pulling back the charging handle
and pulling the trigger. 'dry fire' im not able to see the tip of firing pin?

BTW, rift is complete just waiting on barrel.
so i try a 2nd time this time look directly at the blot. again firing pin tip wont extend out?

could the firing pin be too short? my first build guys, so i have no clue.

Take the BCG back out and turn it upside down and knock the back end flat on a table. See if the firring pin falls out. If it does you did not push it all the way in before you put the retaining pin in which is keeping the firring pin from moving forward.

thr pin didn't fall out. BTW i purchased this bgc already assembled,

yeah everything is there. when i take the bolt out of the receiver and push black inward..
i the firing pin sticks out perfectly, but as soon is i extend the bolt and place it in receiver.
the damn thing wont stick out!!!
