  • Knife confiscated! I am a criminal!!!

So as some of you know I am in England atm, and today I went to the royal castle at Windsor, when I arrived in England I came with a S&W Spec ops folding knife that locks. I checked all British laws before I came and once there the customs officer said it was fine because it was less than a 3" blade. Well today a Warden asked me to pass through the metal detector there, and said that my knife was ILLEGAL!!! Anyways the cops came armed with MP5's only to my dismay that once they confiscated the knife I told them I had no idea, I honestly thought you could carry knives etc. since I came from a country that still had citizen rights. After a quick laugh and not even a slap on the hand they confiscated the knife and made me sign a piece of paper agreeing for the confiscation. All in all this police state has pissed me off for a bit. Although I am having a blast. I wanted to take this all on video but they didn't let me, I asked since they were public servants, and still said no. : (

Speaking of knives. I've already forgot after being told in my CHL class, but what is the limit on blade length in Texas? 4" or 5"?

Reads like you are out of breath?

Anyway, I doubt you could take any knife into the White House either.

Out of breath? Also this is the same knife I was searched at the white house, I was able to keep it and continue my tour. AND THIS WAS IN DC.

Drop a .22LR on the sidewalk and see what happens.

Not sure. I carry so many guns, there's no room for a knife.:wink1:

Adolfo, I told you defending yourself is not legal in Europe, you dummy. If someone tries to rob me in Europe in a few weeks, I'll have to beat them to death with my hands since that's the only legal weapon I believe you can possess.
