I carry a CRKT M21-14 Carson Design. I can not post a picture though. This is actually the second of the exact same blade. My first one I bought June '06 and carried it for almost 5 years here in Afg. I liked it so much I just bought another and retired my old one. $42.00 on Amazon.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

        SOG Aegis

I have had mine for about a year with some very very heavy use and it is doing great. I just sharpened it for the first time about a week ago, this thing holds a great edge.

Do it and don't even hesitate. I have the non-serrated version of this and LOVE it. Its not 100% assisted open, but it has a little tab on the back of the knife. Just takes one flick with your pointer finger and its open damn quick. I much prefer this one over auto-open TBH. Go check it out

Oh, and its right at $100 most places, if not less.

Clipit Enduro by Spyderco. It is what many of the others are trying to copy. They make a half serated version, and I carry mine every day and have for 15 years or more. Best carry knife I've ever owned.

This is the one I carry... For $25 it's been a fricking great knife so far (2 years).

                  Gerber Evo Tanto

EDIT: Not assisted-open, but flips open extremely easily.

If you're looking for something subdued, this is it.

                      Gerber makes absolute shit.
If you're looking for an assisted folder, your options are pretty limited. Sog or Kershaw will likely be the only two that you'll find readily available locally.

A little out of the area you're looking, House of Blades in Fort Worth has a huge selection.

I carry the Buck Rush, to me it is the perfect size for everyday use and it is assisted open. Mine isn't serrated, but they do have a version that is. They are about $50, I've had mine 3 years and no complaints. I've actually got 2 of these, keep a spare in my tool bag.
