i bought a V-10 last year from a board member and was having a hard time getting it to fire more than 2 shots without jamming. I took it to my local gunsmith and he could not get it to work either. he told me to get in touch with SA and see what they would do...
i emailed them, got a very quick response, they sent me a prepaid fedex shipping label, and kept great communication...
2 weeks from the date i shipped the gun to them, it is back in my hands with a packing slip that shows that they fixed it and tested it before shipping it back to me. i am going to go put a box through it to be sure, but it looks like they got me all fixed up...
there were no hassles whatsoever with any warranty issue or anything else. everything was handled top notch.
i will post up when i get home from putting some rounds downrange...
