Any tips tricks mods or suggestions - Glock 19 9mm

I use my Glock19 to show people why they shouldn't own a glock. Sometimes I use it to hold open my gun room door which it's drafty.

I normally just try to get people to shoot a lot of handguns, and attempt to explain some differences in teh grip angle and the effect that has on people/recoil on your wrist.

Personally I think if you need a manual safety then you shouldn't own a handgun.

Shit if you don't want give it to me I'll give it to my daughter who will then pass it down to her kid's and so on. Cause it will still work without having to modify it in anyway.

For what it's worth this statement is also true for many other makes of gun out there.

anyone know why they make new night sights so damn bright ?

my old glock21 is getting a bit dim now, wouldn't mind a new set.

however i just kind of don't like the idea of another bright ass set. Isn't there something in between ?
like so they won't see the shine off my sights before I can even get around the damn corner LOL!

surprisingly even my old ass sights still glow good enough to use. They are just hard to see if your eyes haven't adjusted at all to the darkness, other than that it's fine. probably over 15 years old , on a gen 1 glock 21

Good call I know. However in no way was I pointing out a specific weapon.
Just saying if I had to own one pistol for the rest of my life it would be my Glock 35 with over 5k rounds through it not a single hiccup.

but again i've never had any issues with my G19,

Buy a shit load of 9mm ammunition and run the hell out of it. Look into IDPA, get a holster and a couple of mag holders for your belt and learn to love that puppy.

Get to know your pistol first. Then decide what mods (if any) you need. Everybody uses guns differently. That way you won't end up with a why-did-i-buy-that mod later on.

If you plan to carry with it - I'd research the extended mag release. I know my kydex holster may not support that since it's molded to the shape of the weapon up to the grip.
