The next group buy

Alright, we have our complete lowers (assuming you got in on the stock set purchase) and now we need barrels and upper receivers/parts kits.

I have spoken to the other vendor I was getting quotes from earlier and I'm seeing if he will match the previous upper receiver quotes. Which means the following is what's planned for the next GB:

*stripped upper receiver
*upper receiver parts kit
*barrels (5.56mm / 6.8mm) 4140 Chromoly 16"
*M16 bolt carrier group
*gas tube

Now, outside of furniture (which I would presume that each person would want to purchase for themselves) what else are you guys interested in seeing if we can buy?

Now, we need to take into account somethings when doing group buys. We can't do overly complicated and excessive varities, volume is king for discounts, and having a group buy for .300 whisper barrels, and .50 beo, or magpul PRS isn't going to work for us. We need a large consensus and volume for anything we decide to purchase.

Now, I will test the water on complete magpul moe stock sets because I think we can all agree they are nice, and relatively affordable for anyone.

I'm going to attach a poll to see what of the already selected options are the most popular.

Here's the thing CJ, I hope we scatter that shit out as far as buys go. I know we're getting that at a discount cost which is great but if I'm having to throw down $50 for an upper, $80 for a BCG, $85 for a barrel, and however much else for an upper parts kit, that's going to add up real quick. And I need 2 of each. I'd like to be able to purchase everything in pairs but if this is all 1 big group buy then I'm going to have to miss out on a lot. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Since the other stuff already sounds like it will be hard to come to a consensus on, I voted for the MOE furniture set. I love me some magpul stuff.

My preferred order might be, upper / barrel / bcg / furnishings. I think this would give those of us doing ground up builds the most satisfaction.
