That’s what I was getting at. He can reference any number of dozens of articles where Maynard announced streaming on Rogan’s podcast last week, and they hit around 11pm Thursday night, for the first time ever on any streaming platform.

If Pandora or anyone else was streaming before hand, they’d have been sued, because they didn’t have Artist consent, nor was the band being paid.

Say what yall will, those were from a couple years ago, on Pandora. I don't dislike their music, but did't want those songs on those particular stations. They were on Pandora at least as recently as a couple years ago.

Internet radio and om demand streaming are not the same thing but I see where the mix up came in.
