Essentially the documentary is a post katrina look at the apparent evils of the New Orleans police department. It has to be the most poorly composed anti-cop, pro-criminal documentary I have seen. The witnesses and experts frontline gathers are hilariously terrible, and the conclusions they jump to are completely ridiculous. If you are even remotely sharp or intelligent you can easily decipher the bullshit and see what these "victims" were really up to. And they take the whole 55 min telling you different sob stories and then in the last 5 minutes mention all were looting and committing crimes, absolutely ridiculous.
