  • New Puscifer

Not sure why, but this album has become my obsession the last week.

    Best track in my opinion:

I agree, this album is their best yet. I think MJK has stepped Puscifer from a sort of comedic side project to a serious band. The quality on this album in my opinion is as good as anything Tool or APC has ever produced. I cant get enough!

My favorite song is "Grand Canyon", check it out, if the music isnt your thing the cinematography alone is well worth the watch.

I am very much a MJK homer, he cant do much wrong in my eye, I grew up mad at the world and very much a Tool fan, always enjoyed APC, thought Puscifer was entertaining. Its been fun to grow up and sort of follow his path into a much happier place. He is one of the very rare talented musicians who can evolve, change his music/lyrical style and keep his audience as close or even closer than ever before.

I cant freaking wait until the new Tool album is released, and tour to follow! \m/ \m/

Matt McJunkins (bass player for Puscifer and Eagles of Death Metal) was at the concert hall in Paris last night. Got out unharmed.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

It grew on me after a couple of listens. Listening to the album as a whole is the best way to do it. It just flows well in my opinion. "Augostina" the second track is really good too. I read a review on the album and the reviewer just kinda seemed ignorant to what some of the songs are about. It said that "Augostina" is literally about celestial bodies colliding.....the song is about his newborn daughter Lei Li Augostina Maria. I don't know...the album just really hit the spot for me. I listen to a lot of metal so this more mellow album has given me a breather from the chaos of my normal tastes.

This track just makes me think of most kids these days and how arrogant they are.
