Anyone here collect vinyl?

I enjoy listening to vinyl but i dont go out and search for it.

Its Just like old tube guitar amps. The sound is just fuller and more appealing to the senses.

My friend/roommate does. I remember when she asked me to pick up her box of records for her to move down here I though "Why the fuck didn't you get it?" Turns out, records are fucking heavy. The box probably weighed 80lbs. Nearly as much as she does. My dad, who was there to help me with some couches was going through and it was like he was in HS again. "Oh man, I've got this one and this one. Ahh, I haven't seen this album in forever, etc..." It was pretty funny. I never really got into collecting vinyl.

I currently have 200+, most of them are new releases from terrible, terrible punk bands.

I've got a badass collection of old country and rock.. even a copy of the big bambu with the original paper still in it.
