  • Incredible Hulk Sequel

This would be cool. I thought the "first" with Norton was pretty good. Considering just about everything Marvel touches these days turns to gold, they could do worse than to give the Hulk another stand alone shot.

On June 17, Mark Ruffalo revealed to the site Digital Spy that Marvel was considering a new film adaptation of the adventures of Bruce Banner and his alter ego.

In talking about it, Ruffalo, who plays the Hulk in the Avengers film franchise, might just have convinced Marvel Studios to entertain the idea. Nothing is sure though, given Marvel's reluctance after the 2008 adaptation starring Edwards Norton flopped.

In 2008, Marvel launched a vast adaptation campaign of its comic book superheroes, including Iron Man, Thor, Captain America and The Avengers.

Iron Man has been turned into three films, Thor into two, and the third film dedicated to Captain America is to be released in 2016. However, there is no new adaptation in sight for The Hulk aside from the second Avengers film, "Age of Ultron", due out on May 1, 2015.

Meanwhile, Marvel has scheduled the release of "The Guardians of the Galaxy" on August 1, and the adaptation of "Ant-Man" is set for theatrical release on July 17, 2015.

Ed Norton wasn't bad, but wasn't great. I partly subscribe to the idea that there are 2 movies worth of proof that Hulk can't/shouldn't carry his own flick, but the other part of me sees what avengers did with the character and wants to see more.

I feel the same way. I also really like M. Ruffalo in the role. Norton was good, but I think he has been used up as "the guy with multiple personalities." Ruffalo was very understated and quirky, which was a perfect counter.

Think they should do a movie with Hulk and Iron Man in it. Pretty sure Banner and Stark are friends in the comics

They seem to be friends in Avengers and iron man 3 too. Hell Iron Man 3 was Stark retelling the story of what happpened to Banner.
