The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

If you've seen the first, you can predict the second to an extent. I've never read any of the books and predicted a lot of the things that were gonna happen in the second, yet I didn't care when it did because it did it in a way that I thought to myself "Good! This is the way it SHOULD happen." Fucking great movie. Great buildup, great action. The characters now understand that they're gonna have to kill. Phillip Symour Hoffman(sp?)...as soon as I saw him, I knew something good was gonna come from it.

Don't watch this movie if you haven't seen the first. It doesn't catch you up in any way. The characters are great, the story is great, the setting is great. I have a feeling the third installment is gonna be insane.

We saw this wednesday night. I never read the books, but have seen both the movies. I really enjoyed it and it's not as far-fetched as it was a few years ago.
It damn sure makes you think.

The second one was definitely better than the first. I think the second book was the best one, like a lot of trilogies. Also, thank you Hollywood for putting Jena Malone in this. She has always been super cute and underrated.

I saw an interview with her where she said they shot that in an actual elevator at a hotel and in one of the takes the doors opened to a hotel employee waiting for the elevator with her standing there after stripping down.

I went to see Delivery Man sunday and it kind of sucked and then then the film quit with no eta on restart, so I snuck into the IMAX Hunger Games and watched it again, still good the second time.
