watchmen was one of top 2 of these type of movies out there..and it had about the same character density....just maybe...

Till ol bruce decides to get nasty and use his billions to have some kyrptonite based weapons made. Wasn't that in some comic... can't remember. Never was into the comics

To nerd out a bit, I'd have to say batman would win. Cause that's what he'd do. Like he'd go into a fight not knowing his enemy. He'd have long since prepared the green weapons. Without that, yeah obviously he'd lose. No question. But he wouldn't be without that. Why would he?

He synthesized kryponite into an airburst arrow that would weaken him but not kill him. Basically bring him to human level. Clark could have ended him from the moment they started, but he refuses to kill. Basically any attack he did to batman would kill him.

Batman did win because he knew his enemy. He know Clark wouldn't kill him, because Clark is a "good" person.

It did take two super heros and the "hope" that Clark really is a good person and wouldn't just end him.

Superman is going to push him through at least 20 skyscrapers, then batman is going to throw magical punches till they knock each other back, then a common Enemy will emerge towards the end setting up the next episode.

Well it doesn't look that great but I am very prejudiced against Dare Devil playing Batman. Bale nailed the role and while Affleck is an ok actor he just isn't who I picture as Batman. I will see it, but likely not in theaters unless another trailer or some great reviews convince me. I still need to see Cavill's Superman movie.
