Thoroughly entertaining movie. Delivered on exactly what was promised and I thought the humor in it worked well. I hope this performs well enough at the box office to warrant a sequel. I know it's not the blockbuster they were hoping for.

$6 extra bucks just for the convenience of buying online??? That is a ripoff...what extra cost(s) does a movie theater incur having someone buy a ticket online vs. paying to have someone sit inside a ticket booth?Originally posted by Jose View PostAw shit I wish I would have seen that.
I saw it at Northpark Sunday afternoon. 2 adults and 1 child, the price of the tickets were all the same plus an extra $6 surcharge for buying the tickets online. Spent another $20 at the concession stand. Shits getting outrageous for going to see a movie.sigpic

I know right? I only go to the movies with my nephews when it's a really good movies and I'll go all out and spend the extra money for the IMAX 3D version of it. Other times I'll catch a matinee at a regular screen. For the times I spend extra on the IMAX I tend to go on opening weekend or the following weekend and it's usually hard to get a ticket so I'll but it online. Surcharges suck but I don't know if there is a way around that or not. Any ideas?Originally posted by jefehbk View Post$6 extra bucks just for the convenience of buying online??? I was wondering that myself if there was anything else after the credits because it looked like quite a few people stayed while the theater was emptying once the movie ended.
He was good in Green Street Hooligans

Just watched this tonight. Ehhh..im halfway on it. Acting was pretty bad, but the scenes were pretty badass. I was really disappointed on the setup at the end then the category 5 was the same size. Was expecting this overpowering ginormous beat, but was about the same as the rest...lame

I can't see this movie being good unless it was on an IMAX 3d. It was all about the visual pop. I'm sure on a good 3d home theater setup it will be good again."No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. I'm actually still watching it. Feels like it has been rolling for 4 hours already. It's terrible.
My co-worker told me to watch as it's a fun speaker workout. I'll admit it is and quite visually impressive but I've lost any interest. Turned down the sound and been flipping around the net on my phone.www.hppmotorsports.com

Yeah, it was pretty good in imax 3d when I saw it. I think the acting is supposed to be a little cheesy, they're trying to stick to a Japanese anime style. If you can ignore that part, you'll like it. It does run a little long, though.Originally posted by FATHERFORD View PostI can't see this movie being good unless it was on an IMAX 3d. From what I'm reading unless you have a decent HT setup, you pretty much won't enjoy this movie. This movie was all about the visual/audio and not cheesy acting."No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms.
