Saw it Sunday afternoon in IMAX 3D and visually the movie was amazing. I would recommend it on that alone. I thought the story could have been better but it was action packed and I was never bored.
On a side note. I paid $52 for two adults and one child to see the second showing Sunday afternoon in IMAX 3D. This included a $6 surcharge for buying it online. Don't know if I would have saved any money going to the first showing but that's ridiculous. I would have been pissed if I paid that much to see a movie and not enjoyed it. I don't normally see movies in IMAX 3D unless it's something I'm really looking forward to. I won't normally see a movie in 3D for that same reason. I saw Man of Steel in 3D because I didn't want to wait another hour or so for the next showing and I would have been happier seeing it on a regular screen. But I thought this movie was worth it so I won't bitch to much about it.

Saw it tonight and like everyone else I enjoyed it also. The visual effects were pretty amazing and the accompanying sound track during the fight scenes reminded me of all the old monster movies. Was there anything else after the first end credits? I was waiting for Godzilla to pop out.Originally posted by talismanI wonder if there will be a new character that specializes in bjj and passive agressive comebacks?Originally posted by AdamLXIf there was, I wouldn't pick it because it would probably just keep leaving the game and then coming back like nothing happened.Originally posted by BroncojohnnyBecause fuck you, that's whyOriginally posted by 80coupenice dick, Idrivea4bangerOriginally posted by Rick Modena......and idrivea4banger is a real person.Originally posted by JesterMan ive always wanted to smoke a bowl with you. Took me a while to realize that was Jax from SOA as the main character

Wife and I saw it on IMAX 3d and we enjoyed the heck out of it.
She went in thinking it was going to be horrible."No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government"

I was wondering that myself if there was anything else after the credits because it looked like quite a few people stayed while the theater was emptying once the movie ended."Self-government won't work without self-discipline." - Paul Harvey

But it was a really good movie, I liked the action sequences where you could actually tell what was going on, I was afraid the action would be something like transformers where it's just a blur you're trying to make out.

What are the ages of the kids ya'll are taking? Mine are 9 and 7 and they've seen all the Star Wars and Transformer movies.Originally posted by Taya Kyle, American GunThere comes a time when honest debate, serious diplomatic efforts, and logical arguments have been exhausted and only men and women willing to take up arms against evil will suffice to save the freedom of a nation or continent.
