The shit these guys are going through just aren't worth it. Fucking Chinese trying to take their site. Guys attacking them with machettes to go along with the normal problems of the job

Love the show & looks pretty damn real to me! Just seems like your life could be pretty quick with it being that wild west type enviroment out there in the jungle

Finally caught this show. It looks extremely fake to me.

Those guys are idiots. They don't plan ahead, they aren't pro-active, and they aren't very appreciative. They don't test equipment or listen to advice given. If I was having money problems and needing work, "searching" for random gold in Africa is the last thing I'd do.

Decent show but absolutely scripted. Discovery and History are just not the same anymore. I watched the new Dirty Jobs the other day and it seemed like something was missing/too scripted.
