    Starring Chloe Grace Moretz (Hit Girl from Kick-Ass) and Julianne Moore. This is a remake that could be pretty good.

                          It was okay. About as good as the source material, which I've always felt was pretty overrated anyway. They did a good job updating it, changed a couple of things to try and make a couple of characters more sympathetic, and that was about it. IIRC, no one escaped the gym at the end of the book, but in this it looked like damn near everyone did. Trying to make it less terrible for the Participation Trophy Generation I guess. Chloe was awesome as always, and JM did a great job being a psycho.
