I liked the first two. The third one kind of ruins the first two with the way they explain the cause for the paranormal activities. It was ok, nothing good. If you go into the movie trying to be a skeptic and keep telling yourself the movie is not real, you will have a lame ass time. Just let yourself go and play along and its good for a few WTF moments.
