I enjoyed it. I also think it's pretty close to history. I had a college history instructor that was really into the Civil War, and his interests' ran over into the Hatfield/McCoy feud (along with other related things). The first show covered 17 years (1863-1880) pretty quickly.

I don't know much of the history but it was an interesting show so far. I will say though, those MF's don't play, they were shooting people left and right, LOL.Originally posted by Nash B.Damn, man. recorded, not yet watched, sounds like everyone likes it."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin
"A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury." -Alexander Fraser Tytler

Its pretty good, I really don't see why they have to spend time talking about the civil war, this isnt about the CW it is about the fueding families. They are keeping with the true history if you ask me.Last edited by Rick Modena; 05-30-2012, 12:42 PM.Originally posted by SilverbackLook all you want, she can't find anyone else who treats her as bad as I do, and I keep her self esteem so low, she wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else.

Someone else mentioned how they ran through the early years (12) they talked about it and they are concentrating on the actual family struggles with each other. That imo should be what the show is about. You want a history lesson, they go rent a film about the civil war, bitch!Originally posted by SilverbackLook all you want, she can't find anyone else who treats her as bad as I do, and I keep her self esteem so low, she wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else.

They need to spend the whole show talking about the civil war.
